Episode summary:

Tim arrives at Ben's place and wants to see Meg. He gets into a fight with Ben and Ben almost discovers that Tim was one of the people that trapped Meg in the cave. Ben throws Tim out of his house, while Annie is talking to Meg. She remembers her that Ben does not remeber anything about sleeping with her, but Meg denies it. Meg warns Annie to stay away from her and Ben. Annie talks to Ben about Meg and Ben tells her that he believes he has a future with Meg. Caitlin tells Cole she wants to know who is his mystery woman and he tries to convince her to focus on their future, and not Cole's past. Olivia convinces Gregory that she is not pregnant and Gregory acts very mad when Olivia brings up a possobility of having another baby. Gregory does not buy Olivia's lies and wants call Tyus to hear the truth. Olivia stops him and confesses that Caitlin is pregnant. Gregory fells like he lost his little girl forever.

Annie goes inside Meg'a bedroom and finds Maria's diary under her pillow. Tim distracts Meg so Annie would get out of Meg's room before Meg returns. Meg talks to Mark who sais that Ben is acting very weird lately. Meanwhile, Ben thinks of Maria and then remembers Meg which makes him confuse. He destroys a picture. Annie reads Maria's diary in her hot tub. Tim arrives and gets into the tub. The diary falls into the water and Annie is mad at Tim. Annie wants to make new entries into the diary before Tim returns it to Meg. Olivia hides while Gregory distracts Cailtin for a while. Then, Caitlin enters the room and sees Cole naked on the bed. She makes a joke about him entering her mother's room instead of hers. The situation gets complicated when Cailtin wants to make love to Cole and Olivia is in the same room. Meg & Mark see Maria's studio completly clean and meg tries to assure Mark that she isn't going crazy. Meanwhile, Ben washes the blood off his hands at The Deep. Episode summary:

To keep him there for Elaine's trial, gregory arrests Cole who promises him he'll lose everything. Caitlin comes back to Sunset Beach and tells Olivia that Cole has been caught by Gregory. Just as they talk, Gregory arrives in their house and tells Caitlin to say goodbye to Cole, as he is about to be exported to Europe. Cole tells them that he slept with both Cailtin & Olivia. After that Gregory calls Olivia a tramp and Caitlin's heart is broken. However, Olivia wakes up and realizes it has all been a dream. Annie & Tim continue working on their plan, while Meg is reading Maria's diary. Tim fakes worriness befront of Ben about where Meg is. Someone unlocks the studio doors and Meg escapes. When Ben gets worried about Meg he opens the front door and Meg is there. She reminds him of a fax she came for. Meg blames Annie for locking her up, but Bette gives Annie an alibi for the whole night. Meg wonders if maybe Ben locked her, because he was the only one in the house the whole night.

Episode summary:

Wei-Lee wants Casey to let Rae take her job in San Francisco. Rae is oblivious and does not know what to do. Casey tells her she should take the new job, thinking that this is the oppurtunity she shouldn't miss. Vanessa is called by her editor who wants her to make a story about Elaine Steven's prisoning. Jimmy tells Michael they've been robbed and he promises to them that he'll find them a new home. Eddie informs Gregory that Elaine is arrested which he takes as a big surprise. Cole tells Olivia he didn't know that Caitlin was her daugher after she slaps him. Olivia wants Cole to go far away from Sunset Beach. They talk on the beach and Caitlin approaches them...

Episode summary:

Tim arrives at the Deep and is surprised to see Annie looking at Ben and Meg sleeping in each other's arms. When they awake Ben asks Annie and Meg to go to his house, while Ben has a talk with Tim. He wants him to take Meg back to Kansas. Sean's vision gets worse and Tiffany tries to make him say somebody about his problem. They talk Rae into visiting Sean. Meanwhile, Caitlin finds out about Sean's problem and Sean begs her to not say anything to their parents. Casey and Mark find a strange envelope and act like nothing is happening whzen Rae comes in. Rae thinks aboutn what to do with her San Francisco offer. Ricardo and Paula fight over Paula knowing that Elaine is the killer. Paula tries to convince Elaine to not surrender to the police, but Elaine is conclusive. Annie worries about what happened between Ben and Meg in the vine celler. Paula watches in tears when Ricardo pust handcuffs on Elaine's hands.

Elaine confesses to Ricardo that she knew he would come to the truth eventually. Elaine confesses to him thatz she had to kill Del because she was still under the impression of Del killing her baby. When Paula arrives they want to tell her, but she starts talking about the wedding preparations. When Elaine asks for a moment alone with her daughter Ricardo leaves and Paula knows that Elaine confessed to have killed Del to Ricardo. Ricardo overhears their conversation... Eddie and Annie meet and he tells her that tommorow Del's killer will be revealed, but she does not believes him until he convinces her. Meg awakens Ben and he apologizes for strangling her. Paula is convinced that Ricardo's strange behaviour is caused by Annie's death. Ricardo gets himself down, convincing himself that the killer would already be behind the bars if he would have been a better cop. Sean tells Tiffany that the problm with his sight is probably caused by the anesthesia, but he does not wants anybody to know, to not break a happy moment in his family. Episode summary:

Gabi leaves Ricardo and Gabi's place so they could have their privacy night. Ricardo decides to give Eddie full immunity for all the informations he can give to him. Ricardo wants to know what he has about Elaine and Eddie shows him the hair samples and the brith certificate that was in Del's briefcase. Meg finally confesses to Ben that she is Dorothy and that she known about the fact that he is SB for a while. Ricardo meets up with Eddie who wants immunity in exchange for the news he has. Eddie finally tells him that Olivia is the murderer. The three friends, Elaine, Olivia & Bette meet at the graveyard and Elaine tells to them that she knows the truth and that she would kill Del if he wouldn't be dead already. Ricardo and Paula want to go back at planning their wedding, but Paula is still haunted by Ralph's images. Gabi visits Paula and tells her she has something very valuable to say to her. Against Ricardo's wishes, Paula invites Gabi in. Gabi explains that she's dropping off some chicken soup for Paula, from Elaine. After a little small talk, Ricardo rushes Gabi out, but she comes knocking on the door again, claiming car trouble. Paula urges Ricardo to fix Gabi's car; the two women start to discuss Ricardo. Nervous at what Gabi may have said to Paula, Ricardo returns and rushes her out a second time. This time, Gabi leaves, but not before tearing up a photo she has of Paula and Ricardo. Casey and Rae discuss the intercultural marriages in her family openly, but Casey refuses to discuss his own family. Vanessa arrives looking for Michael, who is off visiting a woman in a run down apartment building. Pumping Casey for more information about Michael's past, Vanessa brings up Grand Avenue and wonders if Michael had been involved in a gang as a youth. Casey makes pointed comments to Vanessa that are directed at Rae, also about how there are some things in the past that people don't want to discuss; even with people they care about. She thinks about leaving Sunset Beach and going back to Kansas, but Casey begs her to stay. Gregory finds out that Sean is expelled from school, so they start a fight. Ben is on the pier when Annie shows up. She tells him that she needs some help. She takes a gun and threatens to shoot him, so they go to Ben's office at the Deep.

Episode summary:

Meg decides to bake some strawberry muffins for Casey, because she knows that SB likes them. Del's will has been readen and all of his inheritance has been leaved to Olivia. Annie accuses Olivia for murdering her father. At the hospital, Rae discovers that Casey got an allergic reaction to strawberries. Now Meg is confused about Casey being SB, so she asks him about everything at home. Annie takes the urn with her fathers ashes and flushes it down the toilet. Ricardo tells Sean that he knows that he is liing about the woman that he saw leaving Del's hotelroom on the night that he has been killed.

Episode summary:

Gregory runs into Olivia's bedroom and asks her about the hair that has been found on Del's bed. She confesses him that she has been with him on the night that he has been murdered. After a strange man attacks Vanessa again, she moves in with Michel in Surf Central. Casey leaves a white rose at the table for Rae. Meg mistakely thinks that the rose is for her, because SB knows that she loves white roses. Ricardo comes to Annie's apartment and asks Bette about Annie's alibi. Bette covers for her telling him that she and Annie watch a video whole night. Later she takes Del's wallet and burns it in the fireplace. Tiffany buys a minature boat and leaves it in Ben's house. The boat looks exactly like the boat from which one Maria, Ben's dead wife falled down in the sea and drowned. Olivia goes to the pier and takes up a gun. Eddie sees her and takes some pictures of her. Now he has a new suspect.

Episode summary:

After Eddie has listened to the tape again, he tells Ricardo that he thinks that Annie murdered Del. On the tape Annie is telling Del that she wants to kill him. Eddie thinks that that's enough big proof, but Ricardo does not agrees. Gregory finds Olivia drunk and asks her did she had an affair with Del. Paula wants to break up with Ricardo. Annie goes to Ben's and begs him for his alibi. First he sais no, but later he promises to help her. Ben asks Gregory to help Annie, but Ricardo shows up and takes Annie to the policestation for questioning. Ricardo tells gregory that they have found Olivia's hair on Del's pillow. Olivia pulls a gun out of her drawer.

Annie arrives at the hospital very upset. Del dies. Bette finds Del's wallet in Annie's purse. Paula moves into Ricardo's apartment. After he comes home, he tells her that he was just joking. Bette calls Annie's mother Madeleine, but she does not answers. She leaves a message on her answer machine telling her that Del died, so Annie in now very lonely. Mark warns Tiffany to stay away from Ben, but she won't listen. After Ben finds Tiffany, she baches him in the head with a vase.

Olivia has an affair with Del Douglas, Annie's father. Del asks her to runaway with him, but she does not knows what to tell him. He threatens to her to revel their secret affair to Olivia's husband, Gregory. Later, Annie comes to Del's hotelroom where they have a big fight. Del calls the police in the middle of the fight and Annie tells him that she would like to kill him. Ricardo listens to their fight through the phone. Later on, a strange woman arrives at Del's hotelroom, opens the door and shoots him. Sean hears the gunshot and opens the door where he sees a woman in a black robe leaving Del's room.

On her wedding day, Meg Cummings finds out that her fiancee Tim Truman had an affair with her best friend. She takes the car and runs away from her wedding leaving Kansas City. Her new destination is Sunset Beach, a town on the coast. Now she wants to find a man with who she has been e-mailing in Kansas City. Her first stop is at Elaine's Waffle Shop. There Elaine tells her the legend of Sunset Beach. After she came to Sunset Beach, a young homeless girl Tiffany stealed Meg's bag with all of her stuffs inside. Meg tries to catch her. She haunts her to the pier and falls down from the pier into the ocean.
