Would you let your husband and his best mates plan your whole wedding? Don't Tell the Bride is a brand new six-part series that lets the groom plan the wedding - with his unsuspecting bride kept totally in the dark about the plans he's putting into place...
Each husband-to-be gets just four weeks and £12,000 to plan his (and hopefully his fiancée's!) dream wedding. With only his best mates as advisors, he has to choose everything from the venue to the ring and even the dress. The couple are also forbidden from seeing each other, until they meet at the altar.
Using video diaries, the couple's hopes, fears and escapades are captured, as the strain of being separated from their other halves combines with the excitement and drama that the build-up to every wedding entails.
Will the wedding meet the bride's expectations or will the groom ruin her dreams? Does he know his bride and her tastes, or will he forsake tradition and sophistication for warm beer and bar snacks? Under the pressure to keep to the budget, will he be forced to cut costs in the worst places?
And as her Big Day unfolds, will each bride be crying tears of joy or disbelief?

26-year-old Juan from Brighton met 25-year-old Alice England 14 months ago - it was love at first sight during a random night out in London. Alice is from Plymouth but quickly moved to Brighton to be with Juan, kissing goodbye to her fashion career and friends and taking a job as an estate agent to pay the bills. Alice gave up a lot to be with Juan, but it was worth it. Juan knows this has been difficult for Alice, so as a way of thanking her he's going to end the year with a bang and give her an extra special Christmas present - by arranging their wedding. Because this will be their first Christmas as husband and wife, he's going to take her to New York and marry her in the middle of Central Park surrounded by snow and all the New York Christmas lights. Plus, he's going to give it a theme - since she's called Alice he's going to make it an 'Alice in Wonderland' wedding. So - it will be an Alice in Winterwonderland wedding in NYC.
