CBS finally renew Unforgettable for a 2nd season after forgetting the cancellation

After an initial 1st season of 22 episodes, CBS cancelled Unforgettable, when they did there usual spring clean. Late on Friday CBS announced the news via their twitter feed that Unforgettable will officially return for a 2nd season of 13 episodes. The 2nd season will air next summer 2013 on CBS.

Unforgettable (previously titled The Rememberer) is an crime/mystery TV series that premiered on CBS on September 20, 2011. The series follows a female police detective Carrie Wells (Poppy Montgomery) with an unusually detailed memory. Unforgettable also stars, Dylan Walsh as Detective Al Burns, Michael Gaston as Mike Costello, Kevin Rankin as Roe Saunders and Daya Vaidya as Nina Inara.

In the UK, Unforgettable, series 1 aired on Sky Living and premiered at 9PM on 10th January 2012.
