Last summer Channel4 announced that it had made a deal with Twentieth Century Fox for the right to broadcast five brand new series. Four have already been broadcast, or at least had their air date set: Homeland is a big hit on Channel4 Sundays at 9PM, New Girl has done great on Channel4 Fridays at 8:30PM even though it's on a break at the moment, Napoleon Dynamite is currently on E4 Tuesday's at 10:30PM and poor short lived “Allen Gregory” got cancelled by Fox has been relegated to E4 Saturday nights. The only show that hasn't seen the light of day yet, or had a date set is “Apartment 23” or you may have heard it called by it's original name “Don’t Trust the Bitch in Apartment 23” or censored as “Don't Trust The B In Apt 23”.

The show revolves around the lives of two different women who are room-mates in a New York City apartment, who become involved in the ultimate art of turning the tables on each other and everybody else, with elements of The Odd Couple thrown in for good measure. The unlikely situation begins when June (Dreama Walker), a recently hired café barista and whose dream job and previous apartment were shattered by her CEO's involvement in the Bernie Madoff scandal that left her in debt befriends a patron named Chloe (Krysten Ritter), who offers a place to stay, not knowing that she's a con artist and successfully rips June off after she moves in. Unfortunately, Chloe is stunned to learn that the supposedly naive June can also play that game as well. This prompts the two to use those talents to good use in order to survive in the city, with help from actor James Van Der Beek, who also assists in their plotting.

The only question is when will E4 set an air date and where will it go? Surly it has to be on a Thursday night as it is a US half hour sitcom, but who will it replace? Happy Endings? Well seen as Happy Endings only has 4 episodes left in this series not 5 as Channel4 have it. Season 2 only aired 21 episodes in the US but in the Channel4 listings they say 22 episodes. I would expect to see Apartment 23 taking it's time slot on the 10th May. But it is just a guess at this point in time.

Seeing that 2 Broke Girls is due to start on E4 in the prime 9PM slot. The Big Bang Theory has the 8PM slot and a repeat at 8:30, which I assume will go to How I Met Your Mother when it finally returns.
