‘America’s Got Talent’ picks top four, gears up for final performance, finale (videos) main image

On September 7, 2011, the top 10 contestants took the stage on NBC’s hit reality competition series, “America’s Got Talent.”  The first group up was dance team, “Miami All Stars,”  followed by Lys Agnes and her rendition of Aerosmith’s “Dream On.”  Magician Landon Swank performed next, and young songstress Anna Graceman performed Cyndi Lauper’s True Colors.  Silhouettes returned with a heartwarming performance followed by the Smage Brothers.

Poplyfe paid homage to the Jackson 5 and the West Springfield Dance Team performed.  Landau Eugene Murphy Jr., gave a stunning performance.  Team iLuminate dazzled the crowd with their brilliant display.  The show ended and on Wednesday, September 8, 2011, the results were in.  Only four acts would make it to the finale.

Host Nick Cannon revealed the results.  The four finalists were Silhouettes, Landau Eugene Murphy Jr., Poplyfe and Team iLuminate. 

The four winning acts will return to the stage on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at 9:00 pm, for the final performance and the winner will be declared.  There will be special performances by Tony Bennett, Queen Latifah and Jackie Evancho.
