Charlie Sheen continued his anti Chuck Lorre tirade with an appearance on the Loose Cannons radio show.  The appearance with host Pat O’Brien came one day after Charlie Sheen spoke negatively about Two and a Half Men producer Chuck Lorre on the Alex Jones show.  Charlie Sheen has called producer Chuck Lorre a variety of names and in today’s interview he once again referred to Mr. Lorre as a ‘turd.’  He didn’t reserve his insults for Lorre alone, as he heaped verbal assaults on producer Lee Aronsohn as well.

Calling the men a couple of AA Nazis and stating the show’s executive producers were hypocrites, Charlie Sheen made it clear that he isn’t planning on returning to Two and a Half Men if Lorre and Aronsohn are executive producers. “If they want to roll back to Season 9, I gave them my word I would do that, but not with the turds that are currently in place.”  Charlie Sheen continued, “Can you imagine going back into the sludge pit with those knuckleheads at this point? Can you imagine? It would go bad quickly."

CBS released a statement on February 24, 2011 after Charlie Sheen gave the interview with Alex Jones.  The announcement was also made that production for “Two and a Half Men” was finished for the season.  It is unclear whether the show will go on, and if it does, whether Charlie Sheen will be part of the cast.

Here is the statement by CBS and Warner Brothers regarding the cancellation of filming the remainder of the season’s episodes of Two and a Half Men.

“Based on the totality of Charlie Sheen’s statements, conduct and condition, CBS and Warner Bros. Television have decided to discontinue production of “Two and a Half Men” for the remainder of the season.
