It was first broadcast in 1994 in the UK by independent television network ITV. It was the sequel to Arthur C. Clarke's Mysterious World and Arthur C. Clarke's World of Strange Powers.

It was first broadcast in September 1980 in the UK by independent television network ITV. Each program is introduced and book-ended by science fiction writer Arthur C. Clarke in short sequences filmed in Sri Lanka. However, the bulk of the episodes are narrated by Gordon Honeycombe. The series was produced by John Fanshawe, John Fairley and directed by Peter Jones, Michael Weigall and Charles Flynn. It also featured a unique soundtrack composed by British artist Alan Hawkshaw.

Arthur C. Clarke's World of Strange Powers logoArthur C. Clarke, the author of 2001: A Space Odyssey looks at supernatural and paranormal events around the world. This thirteen part series covers topics such as ESP, reincarnation, premonition, and pain control and follows on from the 1980 show Arthur C. Clarke's Mysterious World. The series is introduced by Clarke in short sequences filmed at his home in Sri Lanka, however, individual episodes are narrated by Anna Ford.

Peter Davison and Amanda Redman are starring as David and Alison Braithwaite in this brilliant mixture of comedy and drama. Four seasons were made, and were broadcast from January 2000 to April 2003. The story begins with Alison being given a European lottery ticket by her youngest daughter Charlotte for her 40th birthday and guess what - she happens to be the winner of £38m. First Alison cannot believe it herself and then she is afraid of how such sudden wealth will affect her family, so she decides to keep a secret, and use the money to help others. She uses her middle name and her maiden name to create Jane Crowther and sets up a charity called the Jane Crowther Trust. Amazing ups and downs in every single episode!
